Phoenix Rehabilitation is a small out-patient physical therapy facility. I have been treated at many facilities over the years and this one is the first I would recommend to family and friends.
Dealing with the billing department of Phoenix Rehab has been an absolute nightmare. I was overcharged for services I received in July 2017. As of Dec 2017, I have not received repayment. I tried talking to the billing department. When they finally returned my calls, they were rude and obnoxious. A women named Carol actually hung up on me. This is the patient care you receive from Phoenix Rehab. The only people they care about are the ones on green paper. Next time I will go somewhere were they treat me like a patient, and not a commodity.

Phoenix Rehab is great! Very friendly and clean atmosphere. I have some limitations but Brian was great with figuring out how to change the therapy so that I could achieve my goals with my limitations! I would highly recommend them.
